What To Expect
Plan
Our planning process is built around you. You will meet with one of our experts to meticulously plan every detail you are looking for.
The planning phase happens like this:
- Initial estimate between you and our estimator.
- Delivery of detailed plan and budget document.
- Follow up with you to answer any of your questions and get your approval to move ahead and get your project on our schedule.
Design
We do not start the job until you approve our design and you are 100% satisfied with the design. Thanks to our award winning three step process we are confident you will love your landscape!
- Creation of the initial document that captures everything that you would love to have in your project down to the very last detail of your project.
- Formal review of the initial document by a Joey's Landcare representative. (If requested)
- Final document delivered to you for your approval.
Install
It's a thrill when you see your vision come to life right in front of you!
The install phase happens like this:
- Pre-install walk through with a Joey's Landcare representative. (If requested)
- Installation of your project down to the last detail.
- Post-install walk through with a Joey's Landcare representative to ensure we've nailed it!
